This sheet includes a total of 168 meal planner stickers that are ready to be used in your planner. The stickers include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Each meal has 48 stickers on the sheet, except for Snacks, which has 24 stickers. The sizes vary depending on the length of the word. But, they are approximately the same size as all of my other script stickers.
The sticker sheet measures 8.5 inches by 5.5 inches and is made of removable premium matte.
These stickers are perfect for many different planners.
